Purchased a fifth wheel from Happy Trails. We were very pleased with the deal and the delivery service from Wendell and Carol. They made it our day. Very professional and extremely nice. Best experience we’ve had making a major purchase. Would strongly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Traveling down 95 stopped for the night in Florence and found out I had no water in the rv. The city intake valve failed, and the water pump dutifully pumped water on the road. Called rv dealers from the internet. None could or would help..got Wendell on the phone. Come on by Being 82 and alone, he made my day What a genuine, nice person. He immediately got his hands and knees and made the necessary repairs. He even let me fill my water tank. For those of us who rv and travel a lot, Wendell is what makes me still do this.

Bought our travel trailer from Happy Trails and we were very happy with the entire experience. Very kind people. They not only kept our travel trailer for us until we could pick it up but they had it camp ready when we did. Propane tanks were full, brand new battery and he even did some re-sealing around the windows and other areas. Even included hoses.The owners are helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

We picked up our new 2021 Astoria 2903bh today at Happy Trails and could not be happier with our choice of camper or from whom we purchased it! Wendell and Carol are awesome people who care about their customers and are so knowledgeable about the products they sell. After going to 4 other RV sales locations where we felt sales people didn't listen, were pushy and we were discouraged an frustrated. We felt led to Happy Trails when we read about who they are and what they believe. Never felt pressured but rather assured as all questions we had were addressed. Wendell did an absolutely through walk-through after spending yesterday going over ever inch of the camper making adjustments, pressurizing the water system to check for leaks, resealed the roof as he always does on new units. After visiting two major RV sales lots in Concord and Charlotte we came across happy trails in Sumter South carolina. I drove down to Sumter and met Wendell and Carol which are awesome people and had the best experience ever buying our new Columbus fifth wheel. I highly recommend this business. Top notch sales and service and the pricing was unbeatable. It's nice to know there's still people that care about their customers if you're not just someone sitting at a desk with four people hanging over you trying to make a deal
