My husband went in for a tire change after a hard working day and tech decided to take it upon himself to steal his AirPods and glasses. He attempted to ping his AirPods and they were turned off (it's not the norm for them to be off or dead) tech kept walking away from him when he asked him to come back because his stuff was missing and tech stated he didn't have anything and wouldn't come back cause he has his own stuff. My husband was able to finally get his stuff back eventually with the help of the manager but be cautious coming here they have employees with sticky hands and think they can steal and get away with it. Tech was an older man

After a small miscommunication on date to install tires the service went flawlessly. Staff was pleasant. I ran in with a donut on the perceived date. Though the tires were not there they checked my air pressure and tightened up the lugs on my donut. Found me a full size wheel for a spare, and discounted for the misunderstanding of date. Showed up the next day after a call that my tires were in and they got me in immediately. Very happy with the service and care taken. Thank you!

They were very friendly and helpful. They listened to what I needed done and did it exactly. They completed it very quickly, it took them from 9 am to 5 pm the day before Thanksgiving. Even though their were a few setbacks and some complications that arrose during the fuel pump replacement on my 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP. They fixed all the issues and were very friendly and courteous. They even informed me of a few other minor problems that need fixed. The price was a little high, but definitely not the highest in the area, for was was done.

The tech fixed my flat. However, he left dirt and grease on my beige leather door handle also on my chrome rim . I would assume that they would use gloves or even wash the dirt and grime from their hands, but apparently not. In addition, this is the first time I've had to wait almost an hour to have a simple patch placed on my tire.

After wasting our time and money at another garage here in town, Shawn and Melissa took great care of us and resolved the issue in under 30 minutes! Great customer service and great work! Haralsons will be our first stop from now on! Thanks again!
