Magnum Towing

I was broken down off Safford exit traveling along the I-10 from a 7 hour drive, when I ran over what looked like a rock. It punctured a whole into my tire and I knew I wasn’t going to make it to my destination. I was on the phone being guided on what to do. I was panicking and hadn’t had a clue what to do. I opened my hatch and thought to look back to see if anyone was pulling off the highway and by the grace of God I see a tow truck! I had only been in that spot for 5-10 minutes. I was so happy to see these guys pulling off. Clay and his son were so amazing to be so kind and supportive of my situation they were more than willing to help me and I couldn’t thank them more. I was still 3 hours away from my destination and I tell you I couldn’t have been more grateful. I truly am so thankful

I got stranded at one of the car washes and was unable to get my car to start. I first contacted Magnum towing by personal number to check availability and they said they were available. Magnum towing was so accommodating to work with, Felicity was willing to meet me prior to the towing service so I could leave my keys with her because I didn’t want to leave the car unlocked in such a public place. They had a fast response time and great customer service. If I ever need a tow company again, they will be the first company that I contact. I will definitely be recommending them to any family and friends needing towing services in the future.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing Magnum Towing proved to be. Their professionalism, outstanding customer service and overall kindness explains why they are truly one of a kind. I had an unexpected car breakdown 3 hours away from home and without hesitation, Magnum Towing towed my car both safely and efficiently to Tucson so I could exchange the rental car and if that is not enough, Clay and his son graciously offered to help unload my car rental and assisted with help me put my belongings into my new rental car. Magnum towing is outstanding. They are professional towing with mom and pop rates. The text I got confirmed my vehicle safely delivered within minutes of it showing up. These guys are great!
