My wife and I came all the way from South Jersey to see an RV advertised on Facebook Marketplace. It was the exactly the size and floor plan that we were looking for. It was a long ride but it was worth it. The Ad was true to every detail. Scott showed us the RV and was accommodating and easy going. He was extremely patient while we were able to thoroughly investigate the RV and confirm that it was exactly what we wanted. Andy prepped the RV and oriented us with all the systems within it and how to use them and what precautions to take. It was all clean and shining when we arrived to take possession. Stopped in on the way to the next campground, it was around closing time for the shop. They stayed open and promptly helped with hitch & sway control. Adjusted the ball on the receiver and installed a new sway control bracket.

We're in town visiting from NC. My husband and I were driving by, so we stopped in to look at the tiny trailers. While we were there, we asked some questions about some remodeling situations that we wanted to do on our newest travel trailer. Steve and Kathy answered all of our questions, gave us some great suggestions, and were friendly.

Our travel trailer was hit and damaged. We towed it to Harbolds for an estimate to repair a hole that was put into our slide out when our neighbor pulled out with their awning out. Harbolds refused to provide an estimate to me. They insisted they had to send it to an insurance company. Andy was rude even when he left us voicemails. Locally I have heard they have a reputation of being rude. This was my first experience and last with them. Ben's rv provided an estimate and were very nice through the entire process. Their labor rate is $120 per hour, $80 less than what Camping World charges. I had a weight distribution hitch with sway bars and a Bluetooth brake controller installed onto my Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness to tow an 18 foot camper. What a difference it made when for towing it.
