Unprofessional staff, I asked a question to one of the people walking the floor and she seemed unsure of the answer she gave so I asked a supervisor at check out and said employee rolled her eyes and walked away and told the guy she had already told me no. Called cooperate to see if what she said was store policy I was informed it was not. I have been shopping at harbor freight for years and never once had a negative experience until today. A small store, but with a huge variety of tools and products. Prices are better than the big box stores. No big name tools here, only their own line. The tools are, however, of decent quality and less expensive than big name brands. As a contractor and craftsman i come here first for my tool needs. The staff is helpful and friendly if you can get one to stop moving.

This is a great place to buy tools on a budget. I bought an air compressor there 3 years ago and it is still working perfectly. This place has budget tool boxes, hand tools, axes, hammers, tape and other necessities for small or large projects.

I was still very tired and not enough coffee, up late last night, so I was a little dumb... Anyways, Ashlynn was very nice, personable, and helped me find what I needed. Service can be hit-or-miss these days, so I'm happy this was a great one!
