Re: Complaint Regarding 2012 Chevy Cruze LT Purchased in September 2020 To Whom It May Concern, In September 2020, at the age of 18, I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze LT from your Webster location. At the time of sale, I was told that the vehicle was fully serviced and in good condition, with prior ownership by an older gentleman. I put $2,100 down, and the vehicle had approximately 129,000 miles. Since that time, I have experienced constant and costly mechanical issues that should have been addressed before the sale. Within the first six months, the throttle body failed, and I was charged by Harbro for the repair. Since then, I have paid for an extensive list of repairs including, but not limited to: catalytic converter, new belt, battery, four fuel injectors, premium oxygen sensor, mass

Nothing but good things to say about Harbro. When shopping for a car, I didn't feel at all pressured when I was looking around here. Zach greeted me and was very helpful answering questions, and he was very friendly. I didn't feel the least but pressured. They let you take a test drive on your own so you can take the time to test everything and make sure you like the car, without someone breathing down your neck. They are very honest at Harbro, too. The price you see is what you get, no strings attached. It includes the sales tax and all the fees!

Honestly the only dealership I will ever do business with. We have purchased 5 vehicles in 10 years from Harbro. Mike helped us when we had almost no chance at all 10 years ago, as the years past and our credit improved we always came back for an upgrade. They have a great maintenance team as well. Aaron is top notch mechanic and can do anything from a oil change, timing belt, to electrical diagnostics. Just a honest team with customer satisfaction as a driving mission. My car rental at the Webster location was a breeze and a joy. Aaron makes you feel like part of the family. Very personable and helpful with any questions you may have and informs you as to all that is required to make your transaction fast and efficient. Returning the vehicle is just as easy as picking one up. Will definitely keep this business in my favorites book to continue doing business with. Close by for me and highly recommended.

These guys are great. Quick, honest, and reasonably priced mechanical work. We've not purchased a vehicle here, but the boys in the Webster shop are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their work has been solid. They take the time to patiently explain any problems and lay out our repair options. Our cost and time estimates have been spot on (I believe one job finished significantly cheaper, no less) and they do offer a rental to use for ~$25/day. We will undoubtedly give these guys a look when it comes time to purchase again.
