Town Fair Tire

The call center completely misleads customers to secure service. This is not an issue with this specific location, but a corporate problem. They have an emergency call center that will say whatever is necessary to get your vehicle towed in. Staff at this location openly admitted this is an ongoing issue and essentially stated that their job is to get a car towed in at all costs, then “haggle” with the customer afterward. The manager was extremely rude during this interaction and even remarked that while he could offer a discount, I didn’t deserve one. The store itself was very clean, although there were more employees moving tires around the showroom than installing them, despite a full waiting room and only two technicians on shift. Fantastic experience! I dealt with Josh who was honest and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to nickel and dime me. He gave me the best recommendation, which actually saved me money compared to what my initial plan was for having a tire replaced, and for that I am super thankful. I would definitely come here again. The service was fast, efficient, and they were incredibly kind, sincere and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at Town Fair Tire and want to give a huge shoutout to Josh. I got a flat tire while driving and was completely stuck — I honestly thought my trip with my family was over before it even started. I pulled into Town Fair Tire hoping for the best, and Josh delivered above and beyond. Within 30 minutes, he had diagnosed the issue, set me up with a brand-new tire, and got me safely back on the road. The efficiency, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help was incredible. It’s rare these days to find service like this, and I’m extremely grateful. If not for Josh, I would have missed our plans entirely. He truly saved our trip. Called the morning of 3/9 to get new front tires for my husband's car and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Luis was a big help over the phone, advising of pricing, tire availability and the price match guarantee. Due to budget concerns , we were able to find a lower price and Luis matched the price we found the tires for. Overall, it was a great experience and should we have tire needs in the future, we will call Town Fair tire first.

Place sucks, went here last week and got two new front tire and an alignment. Got the work don’t paid and left. Next morning I was on my way to work got to the job site and noticed my new tire was flat. Called and said they must have messed up or something because the tire was flat and the guy in the phone said it was my fault I must have done something to the tire. Long story short brought it Auburn town fair (if your going to go to a town fair go to Auburn’s) they fixed it up and said the person who installed the new tire installed a ripped valve stem on the tire.
