Hardin Honda Express Service

Will not be coming here anymore. Service department can’t be trusted. Last year I was in for an oil change their routine inspection said my tire treads were getting worn (yellow on their inspection report. Had not had them changed yet when I came back for my next service recently and this time their inspection report found the same tires as having little tread wear (green on the report). Recently my girlfriend had to have several thousand dollars of routine repairs done in the weeks after taking her car in here - none of which was found on their inspection report. Clearly they’re cutting corners in their express service so will not be trusting them with my vehicle anymore.

They don’t understand cars, and they don’t do any of the work properly. They do everything carelessly and just try to get it over with.

Darin is always very positive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with when I visit for express service. He made sure to check for any potential recalls on my vehicle as well.

Been going to this location, setting up appointments and getting service within 30 minutes for five years. Not sure what happened this year but even if you set up an appointment literally takes 2 to 3 hours to get an oil change garbage. Wouldn’t recommend anymore. Whats the point of an appointment?

I made an apt this morning at about 645am online for an oil change today at 345. ( online it suggested later apts have lesser wait times or i would have. made it for ealier) . Planned my day around this apt and needed to get it done before i left out of town. It’s now 2pm and i just get a call from someone in service letting me know not to bring the car down unless i can leave it because they won’t get to it. Really you could not have called me earlier then like an hour before i was heading out to bring the car in?? Like i told the gentleman i planned my whole day around this. He didn’t really seem to care much and said they were overbooked . I have never gone to this dealer before and i definitely won’t be wasting another Saturday for this. Poor customer service to say the least!
