⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Hargett Automotive during an inspection of my 2010 Camaro SS. They were honest, thorough, and quickly found the issue. Maddie in customer service went above and beyond by handling the insurance claim completely—I didn’t have to deal with anything. The problem was resolved in a timely manner, and the whole process was stress-free. I’ve taken all of my vehicles here and will continue to do so. Highly recommend for trustworthy automotive service.

Fast, thorough, and incredibly communicative. I was blown away by how quickly they got me in, but I’m even more impressed by the sheer attention to detail they poured into the work. I'm not gonna sugar coat it. These guys aren't the cheapest around... But it's worth it. Never before have I gotten this level of service. On top of an in-depth documentation of EVERYTHING they do, with pictures, detailed descriptions, and text updates, they were also the nicest shop I've ever been to. Michael at the front desk answered every stupid question I had, and the tech that worked on my car even went out of his way to rotate my tires and tighten down things that were loose. Unbelievably good service, cannot recommend them enough.

Very professional about their work, very clean inside and out business, you will be sent pictures/estimates of your vehicles problems/fixes through text. Top notch auto care, it is a little high in price but very well worth having a peace of mind knowing that they are doing their best in taking care of your vehicle, highly recommend and will use them again
