Had a check engine light come on in my truck right before my big annual road trip. Got an appointment quickly, issue diagnosed, and problem repaired very quickly. Great customer service on phone and via text. Appreciate Adam, Mr. Harlan, and the guys in the shop getting it figured out and fixed quickly for me. Will return for future maintenance needs.

I am very disappointed in this shop. I've been using Harlan Auto for about three years. Their prices are higher than other garages, but the level of service had always been good—until recently. I took my 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-Road in for an oil change. A few days later, after my wife had driven it, I noticed oil on my driveway. I checked the oil level and found it was nearly empty. I put the truck up on ramps in my garage to inspect underneath and discovered the problem: they had only finger-tightened the drain plug on the oil pan. It wasn't tightened to spec, causing a steady drip. This could have led to catastrophic engine failure from oil loss had I not caught it. I had an issue with my Suburban that was hard to locate. Few shops even wanted to tackle it. Harlan Automotive gladly took in my vehicle and patiently worked with it until they found and resolved my issue. I’m very pleased with how Harlan Auto diagnosed, tested, and inspected my son’s car. I normally handle my son’s car maintenance. He is now a student at Murray State and I needed to find someone locally to work on his car. I am very pleased with how Adam worked with my son’s schedule and got him back on the road safely. I will definitely be trusting Harlan with my son’s automotive needs in the future.

Through 35 years and dozens of vehicles I've never experienced a shop like this. From setting the right expectations, pricing that makes sense, superb communication and the documentation, I don't expect I'll ever take a vehicle anywhere else.
