Rude. Went into the office a week ago, left our information down for car insurance quote. We received a call back with the quote. We wanted to go through with it and then they said that they could no longer find our information. The guy started being rude saying that there was 3 names involved at one point when it was just me and my moms name. I kept spelling out our names and he just told me to stop. He wasn’t making any sense. Seems like he is only nice when he wants to be.

Went in to cancel policy as they charge $188 for state min and started a new policy with State Farm for same insurance plus towing for $63 a month. The owner said no and wouldn't let it cancel and said there is to much of a difference in price so it didn't make sense and was way rude. After finally being able to cancel a letter came in the mail stating $203.01had to be paid by the 20th to continue coverage, called and it says the policy was canceled with an outstanding balance of $16.28. Definitely money hungry. My advice is go to John Fulmer State Farm!

Response- yes I know your in coldwater as I work on the same road your located at- hence the reason I called for a quote. I don't appreciate your response basically stating I'm incompetent! Another reason people should look else where! Called for a quote, they were supposed to call back. I had to call them back and then they still passed it off to a call back. When they finally called me back the employee couldn't explain the terms he was stating.

I had been with Harmon insurance for 10 years. When I got into my car accidents and called them, they told me just call the one 800 number. When my homeowners insurance went up by over $2000 they didn’t even bother to call and tell me it was going up. When I called them to question why it was going up by so much they had no answer. They never called me back to tell me why. There is no customer service, all they do is take your money. I switched to progressive got better coverage for less money.

Used to be such a good provider used for years so did my family. Nowadays Troy will flat out lie about your quote to get you in his office then tries to double the monthly amount he originally quoted. He has done it to me more than once
