My family and I have bought our last 6 vehicles from Harmon Pre-owned! From the time we drove on their lot, we were treated like we had been family for years! Even after purching our vehicles, Randy and Kyle have continued to check up on us to make sure things were going good!

Bryar and his teammates were amazing, He went above and beyond and provided Carfax and videos before we even asked for them. Every question was answered with out delay. The SUV was AMAZING . Our family members are even interested in buying from this company as it is hard to find a respectful honest dealership to shop from for your automobile needs.

We bought a 2019 dodge ram 2500 for 47000 before financing fees. Paid 10000 down payment and 19 days after purchase the transmission went out they would not help it had not been over 30 days but it had been 1677 miles over the warranty so we got screwed. Now the truck is in the shop at our cost to have the transmission rebuilt. Bad business if you ask me we will not buy another vehicle from these people since they were paid in full by the finance company they just did not care about the broke truck we bought so it's week 3 of the truck being in the shop having transmission rebuilt and I have not even been able to drive it. And it's gonna cost me another 5-6000 dollars. SHITTY BUSINESS

I hate dealerships with a passion but Bryar at Harmon Preowned made this EASY. Not sure if it’s because it’s a smaller dealer or what but I have never been to a dealer that quick and i’ve purchased over 10 cars in my past. I live in Rogers and I traded in my vehicle for a RAM 2500. We exchanged text the day before Thanksgiving (late night) providing all the details of my vehicle, they gave me a value, on Friday we put a credit app and they approved me in a few minutes. I left around 6:00 am Saturday and got there at about 9:00 am.
