Please return my call , my mom is there . We both have questions that need to be answered before she is discharged from your facility. I have left multiple calls , voicemails and no one returns calls. The patient is in room 134 for short term rehab and fighting an infection receiving intravenous therapy.

The entire staff was attentive, kind, and caring. Every one treated my mom with dignity and respect. Her physical therapist (Arthur) did a great job motivating her to keep moving and get stronger .

My sister is here for rehab and the therapist Arthur has really help her get back on her feet. She now walking thanks to the Harmony team. Thanks to TeAndria the Admission Director for helping my sister transfer from Ohio back to Chicago. Before we know it she will be ready to ready to come back home. If I could give this place a zero star review I would. This place smells and looks terrible. I walked through the front doors twice without signing in and no one noticed. As you walk through the halls you smell bodily fluids and can hear patients yelling for help and can see that there is no urgency from the staff to tend to those patients. I can only speak to what I saw myself personally that the staff gives you attitude when you hold them accountable and ask them for anything, the staff misplace items that you bring specifically for your loved one, they are understaffed and have other staff working in the front desk to fill in, I witnessed and was part of two HIPAA compliant issues one involving Lakeitha Day, RN Assistant Director of Nursing, and the facility ignores phone calls from the

I had the fortune of having my mother stay at Harmony of Palis Heights nursing home for an extended period of time.I could not have been more pleased with the level of care that she recieved during her stay, from the moment we walked through the doors it was evident that this facility was a place where compassion and professionalism went hand in hand. The staff was always warm attentive and dedicated to ensuring my mother's comfort and well being.
