Take 5 Oil Change

I was very disappointed in this establishment, they didn't fill the washer fluid, which is part of their check list. I felt like $ 103 is very expensive for a basic oil change, but I understand that I'm paying for the convenience. However when I went to work the next day my check engine light was on and my car was running very rough. I checked under the hood and discovered the the tech didn't put the air filter housing back together properly and didn't bother to connect the air intake to the housing. I will never go back and not recommend this establishment to anyone.

My initial experience with this location was outstanding. The manager Arnesto was extremely helpful on discussing options and informative about issues he and his team discovered on my vehicle. Tech Mikey was swift and precise with his work. I can't recommend this location enough for the surrounding area.

I was in the area and ran over to the Take 5 in Palos Heights for an oil change. I worked with Austin and Arnesto and I had to leave a review because they provided the most honest and informative experience I've ever had at other Take 5 locations. They let me know I was not quiet ready for an oil change/a bit too early based on the sticker in the window, I let them know my concerns about my oil light flickering and they still checked for me, informed it was low and gave me a top off of oil until my actual service date. I really appreciated the honesty and information, I would 100% come back to this location. and my oil can light isnt flickering anymore...a win is a win.

I've not even received the service as of yet and I'm already beyond thankful for the 5 star service I'm receiving. I was greeted while waiting in my car by Osvaldo and offered a bottled water while waiting. He was extremely kind and attentive. I'm here for an oil change and can guarantee that this location will be my go to place for my car's oil changes. Keep up the great work. I'll also be leaving a review with the corporate office. You all have an amazing team. Service like this is not always a norm. Went in for an oil change and the people working there were very kind. They explained what they were doing and ordered further options to help my car. They didn’t do so without my permission and also told me how much it would be so I wouldn’t be surprised. All in all it was quick and easy. I would definitely go back.
