Harper Alfa Romeo

I will honestly never bring any of my vehicles anywhere else. The service here is top notch, everyone is wonderful. We bought our first Alfa from Allen, and anytime we had issues Blake was right there making sure things went smoothly (and still is with our new one). As a female I don’t ever feel like I’m being taken advantage of everyone is a straight shooter and is super kind. Tanya at the welcome desk is always so helpful and wonderful whether in person or on the phone. Zach does a wonderful job making sure things are done right as well. We had Kay help us find our new Alfa after the first got wrecked and she was wonderful through everything! I can’t imagine having to deal with other car dealers. We purchased our 5th vehicle from a Harper dealership, but our first at their Alfa Romeo store. Our salesman, Carter Turner, was excellent and walked us through the normally burdensome car buying process and made things easy and fun. The general manager of the store, Tom Pulvirenti, made a point to greet us and make sure we were being well taken care of. Our new Tonale is great, and we're enjoying the new ride. Wayne was absolutely fantastic. He made the buying process painless. I was traveling for work and exhausted when finishing the deal. He took care of everything, I just had to come in the next day and sign paperwork.200% would work with Harper again.
