Harper Motors Parts and Service Department

Made an appointment week and a half out to get vehicle looked at .... Morning of 8 am appointment wife verified Harper was ready 4 me to come up there. They told my wife "Come on, We're ready" SURPRISE... 2 3/4 ton trucks worth 80k+ "walk-ins" with Grambling Tags there along with a National Guard van. I walk to lobby to wait because you know "they will honor a appointment made a week and half before"..right? "NO" They said to come back another week and we will call set it up....They NEVER DID for this IRQ Combat VET. I never use military status 2 bolster on anything I try not to show outwardly I am one but this time Money over service matter more. I mean I had an early appointment why didn't ya'll bump the next hour appointment or tell them to wait or come back??? Everyone always preac

Very friendly and courteous staff. A sunny atmosphere in the waiting area. The Service Dept is staffed by knowledgeable and easy to communicate with individuals. Prices for parts and labor can be frightening but are fair for the market.**I went in for a diagnostic and came out fuming at the bill it would take to correct some issues but further research indicates fair market value. The bathroom was clean, orderly and supplied with ample materials. I will update further after I have the repairs completed but genuinely feel the work will be completed in the time and in the manor for which one should expect.

Harper moters is the worst dealership, i have ever done business with, May 30th I filed a insurance claim for flood damage, progressive came out, an had it towed to Harper’s for repairs, they fixed a fuse block and called me an told me they would have to repair the starter, i didnt have the money for repairs at the time, so I towed the car home, got home and looked under the hood of my car, all of my coil packs and spark plugs, engine cover where sitting on top of motor not connected, or put back together, Harper Moters came to my home and worked on it, I sent the vehicle back two weeks later, Harper motors put on a starter and made some repairs and told me to pick the car up, they told me everything was good to go, keep in mind my car was not running before I sent it there, four days late

Arrived at specified time, they waited on us right away We were told service would take 1 hour They finished in 50 minutes Everyone was friendly and professional Harper is number 1 in my book! Another trip to Harper Motors. Ordered new sets of keys. Very nice employees and extremely helpful 👏
