There were about 20 cars blocking the entire shop and then no one was there. Won't answer the phone. Heard great things from others once you actually get service, but looks to be hard to get in with them

Have been going here a few years now because for what I have needed the price point has been great. I have been finding the shop to be increasingly difficult to get ahold of lately though, even though they have a receptionist now. I am giving the shop a review now because I took my car in for routine maintenance, everything seemed fine. Picked my car up, went straight to the pharmacy, was in there for 15 min and I come back out and my car was dead. A car to car jump didn't work, I got stranded and had to call AAA. called the shop the next day spoke with receptionist, she said she would have JR call me back about it and he never did.
