USA Parts Supply

I have been dealing with this company for many years and spent many thousands of dollars there but of late it has gone down to a level below 0. No return communication, no response. On my last order they packaged and sent wrong parts that were so obviously wrong a blind man could have seen the error and now simply refuse to communicate or correct their mistake Part of the order was for a set of tinted side glasses for my Cadillac Convertible, front 1/4 vents, front door glass with frames and rear quarter glass. As you can see from the pictures of glass sent there is no glass for the rear quarter windows but a second set of glass for the front doors. Surely one could see the glass in the brown paper is far to big for the rear quarter of a convertible and the same size as the front ones in t

I purchased a compressor for my 1964 Cadillac Fleetwood in September 2023. The first one never arrived. The second one arrived and was defective. I shipped it back to them and my salesperson John acknowledge receipt of it in early January 2024. He said it would be repaired and shipped back to me. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR NINE MONTHS to get them to ship it to me. I have called, left messages, faxed multiple times etc. I thought they were a reputable business. I was charged and I paid for this and I paid over two hundred dollars to ship a defective part back to them. I do not know what else to do. Ordered a battery tray and hood bumpers, said it would be sent 2 weeks ago. Tried to call, no response. When (if) I get my stuff, I'd have to think twice before using this company. If thinks get here as ordered, I'll rewrite review. UPDATE: Been calling for a month. No answer,obviously not getting my parts. Looking into contact proper authorities for action.

I spent over $600 with them recently. 1 month went by, so I called to see about the delay with my order. Now their numbers are disconnected and emails bounce back. I guess they decided to rip me off before going out of business. Too bad, I have been ordering from them since the 90s.

Horrible company go anywhere but here Cadillac king, original parts group, or others.
