I called this shop a few minutes ago and spoke to a female whose name I think is Jessica If I'm not mistaken, I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that needs an engine. I am looking for an estimate. Jessica advises bringing the vehicle to the shop so they can look at it and advise. I said this vehicle is in a shop and was seen by three mechanics/shops. It's not drivable because it needs an engine. Can I speak with a manager or a mechanic? Jessica said that's the shop's policy. I advise that I have to pay to tow my vehicle to your shop just for a quote. I called many shops. I was given a quote. I am trying to get a deal on this engine. She hung up, and I called back three times, and she let it go to voicemail. How are you helping the people and their concerns? What goes around comes back to bite! K

What’s not like about Harrell and Beverly? They were professional and friendly. They didn’t waste any time accessing my car. They were quick to inform me about everything that was wrong with my vehicle They even had a detailed explanation and pictures of everything that needed to be repaired. Then they sent me a very detailed estimate of how much the repairs would cost and an estimate of how long it would take for the repairs to be completed. They sent me their phone number and let me know who I needed to talk to get the repair process started. Overall, I’m just impressed with Harrell and Beverly. They make getting your vehicle fixed much easier than you’d expect.
