I have used Harris quite a few times now, and have been satisfied every time. Great local business! People I know I can trust to be honest and genuine!

I thought they did a good job until I noticed something leaking later on because they put the oil drain plug back in completely uneven, causing oil to leak and damaged the seal... Sorry, but y'all lost a customer.

When the liftgate of the Greater Cleveland Food Bank refrigerator truck stopped working during our food distribution this morning, Harris Automotive jumped to the rescue! What absolute heroes! Thanks so much!

Very disappointed. Told them the issue is am having. And told them it's the fuel pump. The mechanic told me there is nothing wrong with it. Then I picked it up and didn't even make it out of town when i couldn't even keep it running. Also told them to change the oil. Well $ 266.00 later in parts and labor to do things i did not tell them to do . Never will i take any thing to them again or recommend them

Girlfriend took her car in for a starter issue, they were to call to let her know what they found. More time had past then what should have not hearing from them, so she goes there and they have already swapped out the battery (without asking if she wanted that done) which a battery had already been purchased just in case, and they got an attitude when she asked if they at least put in the one she had, which they did not, they were trying to sell unnecessary parts and service.( Actually did charge for the battery swap that they did on their own) Didn't even test the starter to begin with, saying "well it started now" they should know as a starter fails it can still operate intermittently. Tested the starter after having to be instructed to, and what do you know, the starter was bad....Aske
