We’re camping at Mohican State Park and the fuel line in my Jeep had a leak. I called Brian after getting his name from someone at the camp store. He came out to the cabin and checked it out, determined he could fix it and I called AAA and had it towed to his shop. He had it fixed the next day and I’m safe to drive two hours home now. Brian was pleasant, honest and conscientious. Highly recommend!

I was out of town on my way to a weekend cabin near Loudonville. My power steering went out while driving. I was able to be towed to Wise. The owner was wonderful. We spoke and he said he could replace the part the next day. He found the issue right away and was able to find a replacement part that night. He had my car completely fixed within 24 hours. I was blown away. Incredible service and help.

Wise Machine and Auto repair literally saved us!! We were camping at state park in Loudonville and our truck decided to die on us as my husband was backing into our camp site people from the next site thankfully came and pushed our truck and camper into our site. I called Wise Auto on Monday morning and even though I know he was very busy he told us to have the truck towed in and it was done on Tuesday it was a fuel pump which is not a fun job to do on a older truck! I can not express my gratitude to Mr Wise I will be forever thankful for his help to us when we were basically stranded. And his fee was very fair he did not take advantage of us even though he could have! Thank you again I will never forget your help in a bad time!!

Did an excellent job on the brakes. I told him about another issue that I had, where I thought there may be air in my lines somewhere, since the brakes didn't work the way they should.. something the dealer(!) said they couldn't find the problem. He had no problem fixing that at all! Great service, great pricing. Can't get much better than that. Definitely recommended!
