Harris Tire Company

This place was amazing! My wife had a flat tire and came straight here. It was 4pm on a weekday and they miraculously worked her right in! They looked at her tire, determined it was okay to be patched/plugged, and repaired it! It was incredible! Super fast! The front desk staff is super nice! A big shoutout to Molly! She was a huge help! Thank you all for saving the day for us!

We were very happy to find this great shop after relocating to Lynchburg area . They are honest, dependable, fast, and very reasonable with prices! I definitely have trust in them, I tried a couple of other places beforehand and was not happy at all. AND every single person I encountered at this location were friendly and helpful, especially Anthony! I highly recommend!

In July I had my tires rotated and checked out by Harris Tire (Forest) before heading to the beach. Fast forward a few days, while I'm driving around at the beach my tire guage alerted me that the PSI on one tire had dropped from 36 to 12 in a few seconds. I had the closest tire shop check it out and all 4 tires registered at 36. We both agreed it was a sensor issue. But he also alerted me that all 4 tires were bald and would need to be replaced before driving back home. I know when I need new tires so I opted to live on the edge and wait until I got home. Today, Nov 7th, I took it to Harris for a tire rotation. I set quietly waiting to see if they would come from the back screaming "new tires." But they didn't. Tire rotation it was. Thank you so much for your honest customer service. You

Very disappointed. We paid for two new tires for our daughter’s Honda Accord. We have purchased tires for several of our cars here in the past and had previously been satisfied. When doing the work, they claim a lug nut broke and wanted over $200 additional for the repair. Our feeling is that they should cover the damage to a vehicle that occurred while they were working on it. Sadly, the shop will not handle the fix. We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough of Anthony and the team here. I had a bit of a complicated tire situation with 3 vehicles needing tires. Anthony was extremely kind, patient and informative throughout the process. I appreciate their kindness and ability to communicate. Thank you HTC Forest team.
