Harrison Oil & Tire

I took my car in to diagnose and fix a wobbly steering wheel. I called back in and was quoted $1,500 to replace parts they said were "worn out" and "probably giving me those issues.". I agreed to replace only the motor mounts and right axle, but I explicitly told them to call me with an out the door total before starting any work. They agreed. Over the next three days, I called multiple times for an update. Each time I was told, “Give me 1–2 hours -(10min) and I’ll call you back.” I never received a call. I later learned apparently they wrote my number down incorrectly and couldn’t reach my line. which is a complete joke since I was calling them every single day multiple times. When I showed up in person to just pay the diagnostic and get my car back, I found out they had already started

We starting using Harrison tire a couple a years ago when our van got a horrible flat tire from hitting an awful curb. They sent a tech out to help with the spare so we could get it back to their shop for repairs. Been going there ever since. Great service and always been very kind to us and also very convenient to where I work. Can’t recommend this place enough. Been extremely pleased

Great experience here today! Within 15 minutes of my arrival, they had checked my tires and brought them up to correct pressure (thankfully, no leaks). They didn’t charge me anything and even had my car backed in so that it was easy to pull out on the busy street.

Excellent service and people. I developed a flat tire while travelling from Alabama to Florida and had to use a fix-flat spray can that temporarily minimized the leak but also makes a mess on the inside of the tire. The folks at Harrison were able to clean off the "goop" and properly patch the tire , they could have told me that the tire needed to be replaced and charged me for that but they were very honest and said it wasn't too bad to clean and quickly got me back on the road and the costs was minimal. So a big thanks to them and the fact They didn't take advantage of a visitor passing through speaks volumes as to their character. thanks again!

Tracy and Jose did me a solid and made sure I got my grinding rear brakes taken care of. Hats off to the tech who worked on my car too! I will take all of my car repair business to them from now on.
