I have had a great experience with Harry Blackwell auto repair shop, I have a truck I took to 2 dealerships while living in Memphis only to be told (oh you need a battery) same with second dealer this truck has a mind of its own has auto starting system would start at times would not start, use key would start , would not start was my issue. These guys took the time with my truck drove it until it flared up in them about week and half it happens, they call it was a start issue, 2 major dealerships and basically 2 years later for Harry Blackwell guys took fix my problem. They listened 1st of all to a woman none the less, 2nd the fixed my truck I am so pleased with what they did for me. Thanks guys and professional all the way go see Jacob and Kevin great team.

Number goes to service department and I don't have time to go crawling the web looking for their correct number. Fix your number and maybe if I don't buy a car elsewhere I'll circle back around.

Besides not checking on me after sale to see how truck was doing it was a good experience. I do think they should warranty all used especially one owner low mileage. I would recommend but room for improvement.

Will not recommend them to my worst enemy. My fiance purchased a car from them over a year ago that was supposed to have a LIFETIME power train warranty and we barely drove it a week before it had to be put in the shop. Their shop is trash because it took almost 5 visits to the shop before they fixed some those issues but it was sent back with an exhaust leak and they told us our power train warranty expired the month before we bought it after that last visit to the shop that was apparently covered by the warranty or them. They should've known from day 1 the warranty was expired or at least after the first time we sent it to them to be put in the shop. We bought it in Dec 2020 and have only been able to drive it MAYBE 7-8 months in almost 2 years. We have 3 kids and trusted them to put u

Great experience! Richie Calvert was our salesman -We got in and out in about an hour and a half, everyone was very nice, they were more than fair on our trade in and took care of business and made it super easy. We will be back. Great service 😉
