On Black Friday, my son purchased a car, and we had trouble getting the insurance declaration to the dealership. Apparently my policy was cancelled almost 2 months ago ( no call no text no mail) yet the app says I have insurance still then a letter saying my license is invalid due to no insurance shows up and that’s how Allstate informed me my policy was terminated! Don’t recommend any all state insurance agent unless you like surprises of the bad kind ! And all the Indian customer service guy could say was I understand your dilemma hah I seriously doubt you do Chad!

I had previously called seven insurance companies and did not like how I felt after speaking to them. ( Nor did all return my call. ) A referral for Harry Grizzle was an a-ha moment for me. Harry is a great agent. My former agent was going to double my car insurance. I Googled to find new insurance and several companies popped up. Harry offered the best rate with a well known company. He annswered my questions quickly without being pushy. It was a no brainer. After I had been with Allstate for a month or two they gave me $86 because they watched my driving and said I’m a good driver. Bonus! Great company, great service. I recommend him.

Always available to answer questions in a very informative and professional manner. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Like most everyone else, I have had my share of claims, due to Hurricane Michael and car incidents over the years, and my insurance agents have always been there for me and my family. I think my insurance rates are the best around. I have much to be thankful for. I really feel like I am in good hands with Allstate.
