Harry's Discount Tire Center

Went to shop and after little time told need new front struts. Made appt. On appt day dropped off vehicle at 8 am. At 10:13 got call couldn't find problem- nothing wrong with car. I asked for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment. When I picked up the car was given no evidence that an alignment was done. Told I couldn't get computer read out. As soon as I drove away the car was making more noise than when dropped off. Immediately went back to shop and front desk guy drove off with car. He came back and said no noise nothing he could do. When I was driving away he came back out and said he heard the sound but said it must be coming from engine but said there was nothing he could do. I took car to another shop- struts blown ( allowed to see broken part) now replaced- another alignm

Had a small leak and they talked me into buying a used tire I had to drive back home 3 and a half hours the next day and had to stop 4 times to put air in the same tire they replaced! I’m thinking it’s a valve steam problem at this point but they should have found the leak while I was there do better !

Harry's was can I say other than they completely saved us. I had a flat tire and they saw me the same day and had me in and out. I was told if I had any issues the next day to come by and I did, they remedied it almost immediately the next day. Pricing was reasonable and didn't take advantage of that I am not from the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I am forever grateful!! I can't recommend them enough!
