I recently had the pleasure of working with Harry for service on my Mercedes-Benz, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would not recommend this place. I went there and asked Harry, the owner, if he could service my 1981 Mercedes 300D, and he was very negative towards me. I tried to go over the few things I wanted serviced, but before I could even finish explaining, he would say, “No, I can’t help you” for each of the services I tried to ask him about. I’m not sure how such a negative person stays in business, but I’ll never come back, and I definitely won’t recommend him to any of the half-dozen other friends I have with Mercedes.

Thank god I found Harry’s , I went to another place before coming to see Harry and they tried to upsell me for thousands of dollars on things I know my car didn’t need. He diagnosed and fixed my car and saved me about 3k . He’s straight to the point and extremely reasonable as well as knowledgeable. Wouldn’t take my CLS 550amg anywhere else! I rarely do google reviews but I felt I needed to say something because I’ve never had a Mercedes and was stressing about where to take my car. I’m saving you the headache of trying other auto shops for high end cars. Look no further if your in the San Fernando valley:)

TUE@9:30AM: Harry discovered why my Mercedes E350 Coup was vibrating, replaced the transmission mount, changed the oil, completed it all in an hour as I watched. High quality work. Harry is Mercedes trained, spent many years at MBZ Dealership...the man knows these cars, and operates with high integrity. I definitely recommend. He's worked on an AMG model I had too. Always pleased when I leave his shop. Better work and cheaper than dealership! Better than MBZ Dealer! He diagnosed my 2003 C32 AMG quickly and inexpensively got me on my way within 24 hours. Has cold drinks and snacks too. This will be the only place I take my E350 also. Honest and fair definitely recommend!
