Hart's Towing were my guardian angels on a night that went awry for my partner and I. Long story short we were given an unsafe vehicle from Avis and budget group don't ever recommend renting from them. Got into an accident on the NYS Thruway on a cold night, but Steve my toe operator from Hart's couldn't have been nicer. He swooped in out of nowhere like a guardian angel, had our rental vehicle up on the tow bed within seconds, An offer to give us a ride and drop us at a safe location that was right off the Thruway. My phone was near dead and he gave me a charging cable to make sure that I was able to call for a ride home. Steve from Hart Towing couldn’t have been nicer and he made the whole experience pleasant over all. I broke down on I90 and Steve was there in 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The person who answered the really didn’t seem like he wanted to help me, when I told him my location he told me to call a competitor who didn’t open for an other half an hour. When I explained to him he was closer then his competitor he argued with me, told me his google location/address was wrong. And when I told him he didn’t seem like he wanted to help me he told me “just call another place”
