On a trip to Clanton from Birmingham, the charging error light came on when I was passing Pelham. They were very helpful and explained each charge, so that there weren't any surprises. A little over two hours later my car was good to go, and they worked past closing.

Allen worked with me on a transmission replacement for my 2011 Yukon. He had a significantly better price than the dealer. Also he was able to fix some oil leaks and did a tune up for much less than the dealer quote for all. All this was done in about a week, with regular communication as we decided to add to the some items original work order. Yukon is running great, I regularly drive between Talladega county and Nashville and am very pleased with the work from Hartley Auto! Thanks Allen.

The check engine light came on in my car and I was so worried that it would be a costly repair for a car I don’t plan to keep long. I already knew it needed breaks. Alan was able to diagnose my car and repair it in just a few days. He also put new brakes on it. Alan went above and beyond while he had my car and fixed my dome light that has been broken for a year. The most important thing is that Alan is very trustworthy. I've been using Hartley Auto Service for various car issues since they opened and I felt I needed to write a review after using them this long. Not only have they done an excellent job on everything they have done on my Murano, but he goes the extra mile to point out and show me pictures of what may be a future problem and he also "keeps an eye" on those things so I don't end up without use of my car because my husband has cancer and numerous doctor appointments that I have to get him there. Don't know what I'd do without this service.
