I’m not sure of the man’s name , but one of the drivers really helped me out today towing my truck about 800 feet back to my house. Not sure if he figured I had enough to worry about with my truck or something just told him to help me out but it blew my mind. I wish more people in this world was like that man today , being nice is free.
Like the other reviews, I have nothing but a positive experience to add here. Reggie is a class act. He was responsive to my calls, timely when I needed his help, and professional when it came to getting the job done. Not to mention charging a very fair and reasonable rate. He also went above and beyond by giving me a hand to push a non-running car into its resting spot. Hartsell Towing has won my business for the future and I would highly recommend their service.
Best tow truck company in Charlotte NC. Joey is the best. He is great at what he does. Communicative and really is responsive. These guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!
Parcel came out and moved a storage building on my mother-in-law‘s property today. They did a great job! Excellent customer service and price. I would highly recommend them!
