I am retired and have used several different insurance companies over the years. My experiences have been all across the continuum.......from very poor to very high. My most recent experience with Thomas Pie and Allison Laney in their Allstate Office at 3517 Matthews Mint Hill Rd, Matthews, NC 28105 was outstanding! I am not easily impressed but I was extremely pleased with my first impressions. Allison at the Thomas Pie agency is awesome! She helped me to get everything right with my grandparents' policy when they had a lapse in coverage. I contacted this agency interested in getting a quote on car and homeowner insurance! I spoke with Cam and explained what I was looking for! He was able to pit together a package that was cheaper than my current policies! I agreed to to it and Can made it very easy to switch! Everything was emailed to me and I signed it!
