Hartwell Car Wash

I don’t use car washes with rags.. touch free only for me. This one has both! Their touch free gets the car as clean as it can get without spending the time to hand wash it. The one downside is when this place is busy it is BUSY. It takes a long time for the line to make its way through so if you see a line of cars be prepared to sit here for an hour or try again later. Great amenity here that I also use frequently is the ice and water dispenser. Cheapest bag of ice you can get anywhere and filling a 5 gallon water cooler is cheap too.

My car was damaged by the rollers on December 5,2025. I have emailed many times and called…. No response. Filed a complaint with the BBB. $1900+ in damage to my hood and grill. I’m updating this 2 weeks later. No word from this establishment And have receipt and pictures. I bought this car 3 days prior to the car wash. I have pics, receipts as well as filing a BBB report. Please be warned this place is negligent and disingenuous.

I’ve been going here for about 6 months. It’s an easy pit stop off of Andalusia Road that has inexpensive 10-20lb bags of ice and 1-5gal refills of water. There are two car washes offering a variety of packages from basic to deluxe. I’ve been happy with the results every time. The dog washing station is always clean and stocked.

The only automatic car wash that actually gets my car clean. The vacuums are great too and last forever. If the owners happen to be there they are super friendly and happy to help. 10/10

I spent $12 on the works, my under carriage is dry and loaded with dirt still, it sprayed soap and rinsed off thats it! Never washed the wheel, the brushes never turned on, I have soap all over, what an absolute waste of $12!
