I cannot praise this place enough! My car broke down and couldn’t start and, from the first phone call with them until I was driving out of the parking lot, these people were the most amazing and kind shop employees I have ever ever met in Brevard County! Absolutely will be going to them again when i need a big fix I can’t do myself! My only complaint is how damn popular they are, but it’s rightfully earned in my opinion and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks lmao! Honest and respectful business

A Tale of Two Auto Repair Shops…It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. This morning our seven-year-old granddaughter accidentally jammed the seat belt in the rear door of our daughter’s Kia Sorento and the door would not open. With only a single source of transport for three young children, aged 3, 7, and 10, and the dealership in Melbourne, our daughter, Tricia, called “Harvey’s Auto Repair” in Port St. John. “April” took Tricia’s call, was most sympathetic and caring, and told her to come in when convenient. Three mechanics, “Zach,” “Thomas,” and even the owner, “Ernie,” resolved the issue within ten minutes, even though Tricia was not a customer, just a mother in distress, and did not charge her. My experience at Harvey’s was OUTSTANDING!!! From April, at the front desk, to the Mechanics, everyone was friendly/helpful, and let me know exactly what the problem was…The price was very fair..I highly recommend them..

Check engine light came on while we were over from Tampa to watch a rocket launch. The local auto store suggested going up to see Ernie at Harry’s. I am so glad that they did. My son, my dog and myself rolled in. He was able to take a quick look and diagnose the issue and was Even able to fix the issue within an hour of us arriving. They were incredibly busy as it was, and I know that he stopped what he was doing to help me with my issues so that I can make it back safely today. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. The staff was super sweet to us, including the kindest woman upfront who allowed us to come sit in the air-conditioning while they were diagnosing and working on the car.

Same day emergency fix on my brakes. You guys did such an excellent job the handling on the car feels like I just drove it off the dealership lot. You guys really are the best!
