Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I want to the Cocoa Village location. It was great. I hate doing this, men can be condescending. But this one has Jeanette a wonderful woman, yeah! She explained everything and showed me what she was doing.. I've already told my friend group in a text. Thank you for having such a beautiful soul. And I forgot to use my coupon from your website, I don't care.

A fairly significant oil leak appeared the same day that I got the oil changed. I noticed a fairly large puddle of oil underneath of my car on Christmas Day. I took the car back to the service center to find out what the problem was. They said I have Massive leaks Saying that the leaks caused the oil on the ground. The The strange thing is that the car did not leak oil To this extent, not even close. Maybe one drop a month. The service center cleaned the cover and sent me on my way. My car is no longer leaking which leads Me to believe that, in fact, the draining plug was not torqued. And instead of fixing the problem and apologizing, they fix the problem and left me thinking that my car was leaking massive oil from everywhere. Their words not mine.

Ruben & Kenneth were very helpful and professional! They explained everything in detail and showed great customer service, even to my busy 2 year old son who hade running around the parking lot while we waited for our service to be completed. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time at Strickland Brothers for a standard oil change, and I felt I needed to leave a review sharing some thoughts. First of all: Caleb and Kenneth were AWESOME. Caleb was so attentive and friendly, and the two of them were very efficient and helpful. I got a wonderful deal with a first timer coupon, and would absolutely recommend this facility regardless of that discount. I will definitely be returning and already told some family about my experience! :•)

With pricing on everything in the world going up I can always come through here and know I’m getting solid service at a solid price. Having a reliable oil change shop is a godsend. No one tries to highball or oversell and they’re always very informative/honest about my vehicle. Karl and Caleb were most excellent with my oil change today. So appreciative of y’all!
