Welp, add me to the people completely blown away by the honesty & integrity of Mr Mike Haseleu & his team at Haseleu Transmissions. I was in Palatka on business when my transmission went haywire & warning lights told me to pull over immediately & don’t drive it. I was debating having it towed back to my normal guy in Palm Coast (about 35 miles) or having it looked at locally in Palatka. I decided to take a chance on Haseleu’s based on their reviews and boy am I glad I did. They had my car for 2 full days of test driving & clearing codes. Weirdest thing about the test drives, the car ran fine with no indication there was ever a problem. Relieved I asked what did I owe for the diagnostic—- NO CHARGE!!! Mr Haseleu’s direct quote was, “what am I gonna charge you for? I didn’t fix nothing.”

These people should be commended. We brought a 2019 KIA Soul to them thinking the transmission was going. After they looked at it the determined it was the catalytic converter which ended up being thousands of dollars less to fix. They could have easily said that it needed a new transmission but didn't and at the same time didn't charge us a penny to find out what was wrong with the car. The number one word to describe the people at Haseleu's is HONEST. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat, Thank you Haseleu's for being an upstanding example in the Palatka area of how to conduct a business.

Mike went above and beyond by far for me ! I had a total transmission rebuild in my 2002 Silverado. Not only did he do a great job but worked with me on paying my bill . I couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs !

My experience with Haseleu's was top-notch all the way around. I called to inquire about the cost of checking out my daughter's car as we were told by another shop it needed a new transmission and the cost would exceed the value of her car. He got us in right away and indicated there would be no cost to get an estimate. We dropped off the vehicle and he called to ask a few questions later in the day. At that point, he wasn't seeing indicators that it needed a new transmission, but he wanted to get it lifted and check it out more thoroughly. He kept it and called me early the next morning to give me a report.
