Take 5 Oil Change

Take 5 really is a quick oil change place. Pulled in and in less than 5 minutes, Caleb (the manager) greeted us and asked what we needed. Only 1 car ahead of us so we waited maybe 10 minutes before our car was in the service bay. Kendrick and Jay took care of our oil change while Caleb told us about the quality of our other air filters. Oil change with Mobil 0-20, replacement oil filter, plus a replacement in cabin air filter was about $100 with generous tip. Friendly, professional, and done in minutes. We'd come back here again if we didn't want to go back to our dealership. 👍👍

After waiting a couple hours at Walmart, I finally went across the way to Take 5 and Antonio met me at the car, offered me a water and had me pull right in to be worked on. That fast! No long wait. The prices were affordable AND at about the same price as Walmart would have been, the young men working, Terrell, Jay and Antonio, performed other maintenance tasks on my vehicle! It was so wonderful and they were very attentive and I'm impressed with the excellent quality of service. Antonio was even kind enough to take the time to explain to me on what other services could be provided on my next visit, and what I can be aware of. In one short period, I've become a future regular. I will definitely be coming back here for future maintenance. Thank you again gentlemen for a great experience!

They guys there are always so fabulous! The service is phenomenal the banter is great. Tyson does a great job at making sure things are done properly fast and with a smile on his face. Caleb did my last service and was so cool on getting my fixed up just right. Will continue to take my guys to the shop at Take 5!

Slow horrible service. Definitely not the 10 minute oil change on their marquee. March 4 2025 . Arrived next in line at 4:39Pm . Finally entered the stall for my "10 minute" oil change at 5:13 PM at the same time as the car in the other stall .3 visable Employees. All I purchased was a oil change with no add on . The staff was friendly , the manager Tyson and his staff were mostly busy in conversation than attending customers , definitely didn't have a sense of urgency. Oil change completed and guided out the service stall at 5:43Pm . An Hour And 3 minute oil change is Sub Par for Take 5 and the "10 Minute " Oil change .

The young men that took care of me was excellent. Great customer service 5 star. Very polite, very informative. They changed my oil and a filter for my inside air I didn’t even know existed. I would recommend anyone to them. Thanks again Guys
