Kevin my service advisor was amazing! He always goes above and beyond to help. He is very informative and took the time to explain all the details about what my car needed and why. The whole service department made me feel welcome. I will continue to service not only my Ford but all my vehicles here. They are the best! Also I want to thank Kyle, Alex, Immer, Kathi, Kim, Lou, Don & Marc! The staff is so friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to help their customers. My family and friends have bought many cars from this dealership because they really care about the customer! They also have AMAZING Coffee! My Uncle Jeff really loves it LOL We LOVE Hassett!!

Wow! First time ever at Hasset Ford, I bought my 2025 Ford Maverick Tremor at a dealership in NJ .I live in Amityville and was looking for a good reliable dealer close to me that would do oil changes warranty issues etc.Hasset Ford went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle and I will be recommending them and using them in the future. What i loved most was after they serviced my car they delivered it right to my front door,can't get any better than that.

I had my airbag recall completed at Hasset. Kevin Bader was my service rep and provided exceptional customer care and continued to update me of the work status via text and phone. Hasset found other recalls on the vehicle and took care of them on the same service appointment. I would highly recommend Hasset for services.

Salesman was Alex Klein, he was recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance, from the beginning he didn’t disappoint. I bought an F150 at a fixed employee price and he didn’t treat me any less than making more commission. I would definitely recommend Hassett Ford and Alex as a salesman.
