Kevin & Austin are personable, professional, experienced, and efficient. I've been here several times, and the details of my car are communicated clearly and concisely every time. I've built a good rapport and have great respect for the team, trusting them completely.

Usually I don’t like to bring my cars to the dealership choosing to use my familiar family local auto mechanic, but for the type of service my car needed it was prudent to have it serviced where I purchased it from. To my surprise I was so satisfied with how easy it was to schedule and how competent they were in resolving the issue. Staff couldn’t have made it any easier.

Kathi, my service advisor was great. She recommended only those services that were required at my scheduled service. Hassett, as usual provided me with shuttle service to my home. One of the main reasons I service my car there. I have only one car in our household.

I said not sure on price paid because it was a free 1st oil change service. I really don't know how your pricing is at this point. Five starts because the people were great and the job done quickly while I waited. They are the only reason I bothered to do this but just know I hate surveys. I can't breathe anymore without having to take a survey.

Kevin and the Team at Hassett were terrific to work with. My Subaru Outback hadn’t been serviced in a year. The team quickly diagnosed what maintenance and repairs were needed. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Kevin communicated very well throughout the process and even got my car back to me sooner than expected. Overall, the Hassett team is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. I’m delighted with how my car is handling on the road and would very highly recommend bringing your car to Hassett’s A-plus service team.
