Truly old school people that know how to do customer service the lady and the man that works there especially the lady she was very nice to me and my son she said she had been working there 10 years and she waited till we got there for the part they were closing at 6:00 and she kept apart for us we got there like at 5:50 customer service is a lost art Hastings Auto parts in Roseville Michigan excellent customer service

Beat prices for brakes around! Even tried advanced Auto parts that didn't have everything in stock. This place had everything we needed for the front and back brakes for less money and much better quality! Super impressed! My husband says this is his new toy store lol Everything is organizing very well and the employees are super helpful!

The service here is usually pretty okay. 30 dollars for the same antifreeze that the dealership sells for 22 dollars was crazy, though. So I headed to the dealership.

Not very knowledgeable without a computer and they have no money for returns until about 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon not just the hoover location but also the Gratiot one also!!! Just bad business. Better off ordering your parts from somewhere else.

Great prices, friendly & knowledgeable staff. If you're a female they'll help you carry your stuff if you have a heavy load and bring it to your car. I always go here for anything car related. Returns aren't a hassle either.
