I just bought a 2016 Ram 3500 Laramie dually from Hatchco Auto Sales and it was a 10/10 experience from staying late so we could test drive the truck to making sure the truck was in top notch condition even after we left the lot these guys are the best. Hatchco has been Amazing. Unfortunately some cars have issues when baught new. Morgan and his team have been very kind in my ordeal. Responding and communicating. Our old van had just been towed for repairs. We spotted a great little commuter car at Hatchco Auto next door. We stopped in to take a look and were quickly assisted by a gentleman name Kevin. He was very friendly, not pushy and listened as I stated what I could reasonably afford. Rather than trying to push me up in price and persuading me to spend more, he quickly identified the commuter car were looking at as well as several other vehicles that could fit our needs. We were sitting in the commuter car (a Kia) shortly. The pricing seemed very reasonable. We left the dealership without making a decision and were not hassled. These guys have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. We knew exactly what we were looking for and found it with them. There was no pressure to buy anything, and they just let us take the truck for a test drive to see if we liked it. It did need a simple repair which we found just after purchasing the truck. The owner paid for the repair and even dropped it off to our place personally. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend them every time!!!
