Hatchett Buick GMC

Alan was great! Busy dealership on a rainy day! He helped us with a car in my budget. Made sure we were comfortable when waiting. Showed us around the dealership so I am comfortable going back for anything I need in the future.

I was told when I dropped off the vehicle that it would be a 1-1.5 hour wait for an oil change, so I chose to set up my computer and work in the waiting room. After 2 hours of waiting, I noticed that many other customers were getting updates from their advisors on the progress of their car, and some even showed up after me, and left before me. At that point, I called and left a message with the service desk (because I didn't want to leave my computer and belongings sitting there to walk away to ask). About 15 minutes later, a woman came out to tell me that my advisor (Easton) was on his lunch break. At this point, it had been 2.5 hours of waiting, with no update from him. At the 3 hour mark, he finally came out to tell me my car was done. THREE HOURS with no updates, and double the amount

Last week my parents had routine maintenance on their truck which did not get finished before the end of the day. Hatchett called and offered for them to pick it up or leave it in their lot overnight (who doesn't leave it overnight?). Overnight someone took a hitch off of another vehicle and smashed up the driver side of the truck and broke a window. Hatchett says they have zero fault and are not even willing to pay the insurance deductible for the multiple repairs. We now hear rumors of this happening frequently at their lot (not sure if true). My parents are to nice report this online, but everyone should know it is not safe to have repairs done here. Ps, we have bought two vehicles here and will never come back.

Easton, our service advisor, was great! He communicated and kept us informed about any and all issues that were found and got our extended warranty to cover several issues so we did not have to incur that additional cost. They finished a day ahead of the quoted day which is very helpful.

First off, Stevie did a fantastic job at making sure I was taken care of and up to date on all information regarding my Truck. Very responsive and easy to speak with. Tyler was quick to remove my engine and replace it with a brand new one. Only took him a couple days so I was not out of my vehicle for very long. Overall, the experience with Hatchett was top tier and they just won my business for my vehicle moving forward!
