Hatfields Auto Service

Took My Truck to Hatfields Auto service for repairs. Firstly they fixed nothing 100% fixed one problem and created 2 more put in o2 sensor that wont work and codes are still there and engine lite still on yet they gladly charged me some crazy amount for that... Charge me 450 bucks to change a window regulator and charged me 150 bucks for a 40 dollar part at advanced auto. And on top of that i had the window duct tapped up to keep from falling and they didn't even clean the window.. Pathetic Quality mechanic left a screw driver under my hood and jammed the hood when he slammed it probably, and it could have came open while driving, GEEZ!!! found that when i got home .. I HIGHLY do NOT Recommend Hatfields Auto Service, Extremely Crazy hourly rates and Major short cut economy low quality

I never normally take the time to leave a review but this guy is the real deal! Not only has he saved me lots of money, but he has shown me over the years, I can trust all of his work and knowledge. Mr. Hatfield has always taken the time to explain everything going on with my vehicle. He gets to my car promptly & his prices are the most reasonable you’re gonna find .. bet. Highly recommend 🙂

I’m gonna tell you something this shop is great! They are honest & they do get the job done correctly! My daughter recommended them & im so thankful I did coz they are amazing people to do business with. Thanks for fixing my muffler. May god continue to bless y’all. Go see them, they will not disappoint you!

The guys at Hatfield Auto service are great. I took my 2000 jeep Cherokee sport 4.0 4x4 in for service for exhaust work as well as an issue with the serpentine belt. During the entire process they kept me informed on everything going on and what they suggested it needed. At no point did I feel pressured to do any other work. These are honest guys, doing honest work for competitive prices.

Make sure they know that you want to confirm prices/work before they get started on anything. They were able to fix my vehicle in a decent amount of time, and the prices really were better than most shops around the area, but they made some decisions that we had not agreed on or talked about at any point in time. The additional decisions that they made were not expensive but the principle still stands. I would also tell them not to leave oil marks anywhere on the car. I will definitely go back if my car ever needs more work.
