Awesome shop!!! Had to have ALOT of work done they were very fair pricing wise and very honest about work, I was an auto tech for many years and was great to see a shop as good as this one. Thanks for geeat and honest work!!!

Wow! What can I say?? I brought my truck in for a brake and fluid inspection and was treated like a valued customer from the moment of intake. They dropped me off at home, performed the inspection, sent me a link (with pics) of the results and didn’t try and push unnecessary repairs when the result was that my truck didn’t need anything done. After they were finished the inspection, they took my vehicle for a wash and dropped it back off to me. Later when I used my truck, I noticed a cute note about how they “hope they helped me out of a sour patch” with some sour patch kids candy attached. 100% recommend. Top notch customer service and class all the way.

Today was just an oil change but I have been in for several different issues and lake Havasu Auto Care has always completed everything to my satisfaction. They will always be my go to for Auto servicing. Easy to schedule and done when they say it will be. Thank you!

I brought my Fiat 500L here for an oil change, and the service was great. Destiny was extremely kind and patient with all my questions. She helped with getting me a ride there and back. The diagnosis was really useful, and there was no pressure for additional charges. I loved that they followed up days later to confirm I was happy and the car was doing good. I brought up a concern and they checked it out immediately. Turns out there a piece of paper in the air vent, which they cleared up without any charge. This shop is fantastic!
