Haven At Windermere

I just want to praise the entire staff at The Haven. Always a friendly and caring face to great you upon entry. Their caregivers are so kind and make your family feel comfortable on a daily basis. The maintenance men are also very good at any and all parts of your apartment life. So thankful for a staff that truly cares.

Staff was always courteous and helpful. They would always call and report any " incidents" promptly. Food was always nicely presented and delicious (if you like no seasoning which is understandable). Silverware and plates always clean when I was there, and I would pop in at all different times. You can tailor your loved ones needs and level of care a la carte, picking and choosing which services you want or need. Rent is on a month to month basis, which included 3 meals and light house keeping. Cable and utilities NOT included ( but utilities average about $100 per month or less for all and cable is... you know... cable). You can cook and spend the night with your loved one as often as you want and the facility is very secure without it being bothersome to you or guests. Plenty of activiti
