Havenwood of Maple Grove

My aunt lived here and had nothing bad to say. She loved the food and all the activities that were offered. She was so impressed with the staff and their willingness to help and said they were so caring. I would definitely move another family member here!

When we needed assisted living for our parents (in their 90s) we were fortunate to find Havenwood. It had the services we needed, fun activities, and dedicated, welcoming staff. The apartment was just the right size and we felt very confident that our parents were safe and could could get help or assistance quickly. It was also very quiet and comfortable. They had a great cafeteria that served healthy and tasty meals. They made it really convenient for my mom to call down and order dinner and scoot down to pick it up. We appreciated that service. We used (for free!) the community room a number of times for family celebrations. It was so easy for my parents to take the elevator down to join the party. My dad has been in Havenwood of Maple Grove for 3 years. I am very happy with the management, Joelle, Linda, Ksana and the whole staff on site . The staff is excellent to work with and very helpful! Its very clean and well maintained facility. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for your loved ones.

A have nothing but great things to say about Havenwood of Maple Grove, specifically "The Cabin", memory care unit. My father was a resident there for a little over 2 years. The staff was very kind and courteous, and was always there to give support and assistance. The common areas of The Cabin were always clean and inviting, and always filled with activities throughout the day. It was of great comfort to know, that my father was in such good hands with the staff here. A special shoutout to Lauren Peterson. Lauren was always there to help and give support when needed. Much gratitude for the care and comfort of my father in his final years.

My parents have lived here at Havenwood for almost 3 years. Life is so much easier for them since the move. As a daughter it’s so nice to know that they are safe and cared for. When making the decision to move them here we loved all the newer finishes along with all of the activities. My parents love attending Bingo, birthday happy hours along with the different events they host here. My dad is also a Vet and they have monthly get togethers for the Vets in the building along with a wall of all the vet’s pictures on the 1st floor. To top it off they also have a great exercise program they enjoy. Kerry is absolutely awesome and keeps them in great shape. It was a hard decision to move our parents out of their home of 54 years.
