Haver's Auto Repair Gretna

Some prefer coffee, some prefer tea. I prefer a service center that I can trust, and today I hit the jackpot. There aren’t many mechanics who will be brutally honest with you, but Havers is the exception. I was having issues with my vehicle and am rather clueless in the subject. Talking with Bud on the phone, we were able to deduce my issue and offered services that would fit my needs. I dropped off my car a few hours after. Thinking it wouldn’t be done until the next day it was out of my mind. Not even 3 hours later Bud called me telling me my car is ready if I have time to pick it up I am more than welcome to do so, all just minutes before they closed. This is a family owned shop, and 100% feels this way. I highly recommend Havers for any of your vehicles needs!

Any time I've needed work/service done to my vehicles I've stuck with Haver's and have always been extremely impressed with how they handle their business. What has stood out the most was their honestly and ethical pricing. They always walk me through the issue step by step, showed me exactly what needed to be repaired and have NEVER tried to upsell services I didn't need. They provide a clear estimate up front, communication straightforward, and work completed quickly. I have always left feeling confident that I was charged fairly for what was actually done. If you want a repair shop that values integrity, transparency, and treating clients with respect, I highly recommend them.

James was friendly and very accommodating. He got my car in promptly and let me use a loaner . James gave good advice without making me feel ignorant. No repairs were necessary and he would accept no payment.I would enthusiastically recommend Haver's Auro Repair in Gretna.

First time at Haver's. I mistakenly made my appointment at the W Center office and took my car to the Gretna one that I had thought I had called. They were very polite and were still able to fit me in and get my oil changed for me. Will use them again.

I took a prospective new car to Haver's in Gretna for an inspection because I've enjoyed the service at their Center location. Bud was very helpful and got me in the same day I called. His technicians found an issue with the exhaust system, rear sway bar, alignment, and oil pan and supplied me with pictures that I hadn't even thought to ask for which allowed me to ask the dealer to fix these issues before I purchased the car. I haven't done extensive work here yet, but I would definitely recommend them thus far.
