HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My battery died when my husband was out of town. The staff at NAPA got me in immediately, helped me figure out what I needed, and even swapped out the old and installed the new within moments. As I looked at my receipt, I noted I wasn't charge for any service - just the battery itself - even though I don't think this is normally in their offered services. SO GRATEFUL for their kindness and help. Great store with great people!

Went in to get a sensor (couldn't find motorcraft brand). Good service. Installed sensor made problem worse. Went to return and was accused of swapping the part out for another. Clerk said it doesn't look like ours.

The guys that work here are all very helpful. Went in on a rainy day 15 minutes before closing time to get new wiper blades. The nice man even put them on the car for me!
