Havoline Xpress Lube

If I could do no stare, I would. I had a water pump pur on 2 years ago and was charged over $800. Had problems ever since. Recently had someone look at it and was told that it wasn’t a new water pump at all and just had a gasket replaced. They also didn’t plug in the temperature sensor which caused it to think it was overheating but wasn’t. This is so wrong in so many ways and hopefully will keep someone else from being ripped off like I was.

Went in for an oil change. Apparently, my valve cover gasket cracked and was spitting oil out and evaporating on the engine. Had no idea this happened until I went in for an oil change. They showed me what happened and I left it there for repair. By afternoon the next day, they informed me my car was repaired and oil changed as well. Didn't know how much it would cost, but the cost was way below what I expected. Have used them for years and have always been impressed with the service I've been given.

They do a great job and are fast.... they used to be a five star place. The reason I dropped to 4 is now they make suggestions on other products for your car(just like the chain lube places.) They have suggested an air filter the last 3 oil changes, the last time, it was as white as the day they last replaced it!

I work for a small business here in Paduach they sent me to Havoline with 55 dollars for an oil change. Well that was not enough the oil change was 57.12 which is fine whatever but it just so happened I didn’t have my wallet to pay the extra 2 dollars and 12 cents but I did have winning scratch off ticket instead of letting me drive my work car leaving the 55 dollars cash with them and bringing back $2.12 they made me walk to the store over 2 dollars great customer service.
