Had a bad experience with a man driving a red wrecker. He was on my bumper honked at me at a stoplight when I was trying to let another person in the turning lane. I thought for sure he was going to rear-end me in the middle of the intersection. Then he proceeded to turn on his lights while behind me to intimidate me and those lights are only supposed to be on when they are going to a wreck site. He was trying to bully others on the road.
