Called the parts department to see if they by chance had a part that has been super hard to find. I wish I got the name of the guy that answered because he was awesome. He didn’t have what I needed but tried to track it down at other locations. He was super helpful, friendly and personable. Other places I’ve called about this same part have been less than helpful and quick to dismiss me when they saw they didn’t have the part in stock. He went above and beyond to help.
Such an easy process. Santos was not pushy at all. Super easy to talk with. The finance manager was great as well. Gotta me a better deal than I had thought and was also very easy to talk to. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them!
